The MSCC provides counselling services to
people who, for whatever reason, need space and time to talk about their
problems. Counselling may help those who:
Wish to Improve relationships
Lack feelings of self-worth
Have suffered loss, bereavement or other trauma
Feel stressed or anxious
Frequently feel lonely and isolated
Are depressed or feel low
Are often angry, irritable or feel frustrated
Seek greater self-knowledge
Wish to develop their potential.
Those who feel their particular problems need time to work through, may
like to consider referring themselves to our 'open-ended' counselling service.
Counselling will continue as long as the Client and Counsellor feel it
necessary. This service is chargeable and we ask of a contribution towards the
cost of providing counselling.
